Decorating the Christmas Tree

We got up Sunday and decorated the Christmas Tree. We always enjoy doing this together. I am glad that Coleson is not in my stomach this year. Last year I mostly sat and watched. My decorations are slim this year as I have two little hands that are into everything.

MSU vs. Ole Miss

We had so much fun at the football game Saturday. Abbey and Brandon were so upset that it was the last game of the season. Abbey was also upset that it was Anthony Dixon's last game to play in. She is really going to miss wathcing him play. They both love going to the games and we love taking them. We wouldn't change it for the world. Just another reason that we are a close family!

Black Friday

Black Friday was a fun but very busy day. This is just another tradition that we have and Abbey joined in on the fun this year. She got up with my mom and I at 4:00 and headed out. I am so glad that my mom, sister, Abbey and I all go shopping together and have girl time just about every weekend. I don't know what I would do if I didn't have this. Anywho, I did a lot of shopping and got lots of things checked off my list. We went to Tico's for my mom's birthday that was a few weeks ago. It was so yummy!
Coleson was so tired that he passed out playing in his play pen. Just like a boy to be holding the remote.

Thanksgiving Day

What an awesome day we had yesterday. I am so thankful for my family, husband, and children. Our day started out with Coleson wanting to lay with Brandon in our bed. He never lays still for more than about 2 seconds so I had to snap a picture.

Brandon wanted a picture taken with his puppy, Rascal.
I just love this picture of Coleson at my grandparents back door. My mom has this same picture of me when I was about his age.

Uncle Preston is such a funny guy!
Coleson loves my cousin, Justin. I think Justin loves him just as much.
Dennis and Abbey Lane hanging out!
Aunt Bethany and Cole Cole
Brandon throwing the ball to Avery.

We hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving and got to spend time with their family and friends. My family is blessed in so many ways and we are so thankful for their love and support. We are off to Starkvegas tomorrow for the big football game!

Santa Claus

Tonight we went to Bass Pro Shop to see Santa Claus and then we went and ate mexican food. I is my favorite. We went home afterwards to get ready for a busy Thanksgiving Day. We were so glad that Abbey and Brandon got to be with Coleson for his 1st Tahnksgiving Day.

My huntin' hubby

Dennis went hunting Saturday morning and brought us back some meat. He killed an 8 point and I was so proud of him. This is the deer Brandon has been waiting on so he was wishing that he would have killed it. He is so funny and has a HUGE imagination when it comes time to killing a deer.

We had a great weekend at my house. Friday night Dennis went hunting so it was just some good ole quality time with Coleson. We played at the house and got ready for our busy Saturday. We got up and met Grammie and went shopping with her. We went to Handworks which was a lot of fun and we got some great things. Coleson had his picture made on the Natchez Trace at lunch. He did so good and I can’t wait to see them. We did a little more shopping and then went back to Grammie and Pappy’s house to wait on Dennis to get back from hunting. We went to Cock of the Walk and ate some supper. Abbey and Brandon came home last night and we can’t wait to see them Wednesday. They miss their little brother so much when they are away.

Pitching Practice

Abbey has pitching lessons on Thursday night that Dennis and I go too. We enjoy watching her do something that she loves so much. They are really paying off because she is doing so good when she pitches in a game.

Coleson crawls around everywhere in the place. Last night I looked down and Dennis had put Coleson in the empty bucket.
He is wondering how he can get out.
He got out and decided to go and check out a big tent.
We hope everyone has a great weekend. We hope our Daddy comes back tomorrow night with a big ole deer.

Turkey Day

Today Dennis and I went and had lunch with Coleson at his daycare for Thanksgiving. The parents brought food and we had a feast. It was so fun to eat with him. He was so excited to see us and we were even more excited to see him. I am so thankful to say this little boy is mine. We love his daycare and are so glad we made the decision to send him there. It sure does make my days at work easier.
This is a placemat that he made us. I just love his little hand print. I keep everything he makes for us and just can't seem to part with anything. He is going to have a huge box of stuff when he gets older to go through. :) Call me crazy, but I cherish it all!
So happy to see his Momma and Daddy!
Eating lunch in a big boy chair.
So cute in his turkey shirt.
