Giveaway....

Go on over to SheSheBows for your chance to win a $20.00 gift card. I sure did!

Baseball time....

Baseball season has officially started at our house. Brandon had his first game last night and did a great job. Daddy and I are so proud of you.

The first hit of the season was caught on video. The sun was directly in our eyes so it is hard to see.

And this is what this little guy did the entire time. I was so glad that my mom and sister were there to help chase him around. He is on the go at all times these days.

Pictures anyone....

I am so excited that a friend of mine is now taking pictures as a fun hobby. She will be taking lots of pictures of our three little models. I love having pictures of our kids made and now I will get to have LOTS of them taken. She has a blog that will show some examples of her work. Check it out at www.jennanassarphotography.blogspot.com. I’m sure she would love to take pictures of your little ones as well.

We had another great weekend that was really busy as usual. Friday night we went and ate supper with some friends of ours. We ended up seeing another girl that we both knew so they joined us as well. It was fun but quite interesting with 5 kids all under 3. Whew, I was tired just watching them all. Oh and we are officially the family that people are going to run when they see us coming and never invite us out to eat. Coleson was HORRIBLE. He did not want to sit in his high chair and wanted to throw food all over the floor. We will be the family sitting in the corner by ourselves from now on. :)
Saturday morning we got up and Coleson and Dennis watched Veggie Tales and then it was off to Abbey's scrimmage game.

My mom and I went shopping afterwards and then we met up with some more friends for crawfish. Yummy!
Yesterday was another day of softball/ baseball. Abbey had practice and Brandon had a scrimmage game. Brandon is doing AWESOME this year so far. He is really getting into baseball and I think he is going to love it just as much as his daddy.

I found this picture of Brandon saved on my computer and it reminded me of the recent picture of Coleson on his 4-wheeler. How cute are these!

Yep, Momma sees you

Coleson can't stand for anything to be in place and is constantly in to everything. Me, on the other hand, has to have everything in place at ALL times. I have given up on the DVD's and pick them up at night after he is in the bed unless I decide to put them back so that he can pull them out again. He loves to throw things so he slings the DVD's all over our room. We hope everyone has a wonderful Friday and an even better weekend.

Our New Thing...

This is the way Coleson likes to drink his milk now. He gets is everywhere and he thinks its funny. I had to change his clothes twice last night in an hour. When I took his cup away, he got mad. He definitley has an attitude. I can't imagine where he got that from. :)

Weekends Don't Get Any Better Than This....

We had a really fun weekend that was jam packed. We went to a cookout for my dad's birthday Friday night and ate some good food. Several couples were there and a good time was had by all. We woke up Saturday and headed to Starkville. We don't miss a chance to see our bulldogs play. We stopped in the Lodge and shopped and even played around some. Abbey and Brandon had fun trying on the crazy hats.

Coleson even enjoyed playing with the stuffed animals.

Abbey played too.

The kids had a great time at the game. This was their first time to watch a bulldog basketball game and they weren't disappointed. Well maybe a little since we didn't win but it was a really close game with lots of action.

Abbey even jumped up on her feet a few times.

We let the boys sit in the really good seats and the girls took the seats way up high.
Can you find them? They are about the fourth row up from the court.
Brandon got a new hat. This is the one the baseball players wear. Why do they like the bill straight? Who knows!

Last night Abbey had a Common Gound performance at chruch. What a great way to end the weekend. Our week is full of baseball and softball practice. We are busy little bees.

Just of few pictures that I took of Coleson last night. He was in such a good mood.

Coleson loves Rascal. He is the first person Coleson looks for when he wakes up in the morning and starts pointing and saying dog. BTW - Coleson has a new word this week... Thank you. It is so cute how he says it.

This is how Coleson sleeps every night. He uses his bumper pad as a pillow.

We have another busy weekend ahead of us. I am so thankful for my weekends.... no work, all play! We have a surprise for Abbey and Brandon. Maybe a little road trip in the works. :)

Happy St. Paddy's Day!

First, I would like to say Happy Birthday to my Daddy! We hope you have a wonderful day.

Now on to this little man.

Oh how he is changing everyday. I knew the day would come when he would start crying when Dennis or I dropped him off at daycare, but I didn't know it would start last week. Before last week, he wanted down as soon as I got in his room and was off to play never looking back to see if I was still there. Not anymore. He will not let me put him down nor will he go to his teacher. I do realize that he is fine 5 minutes after I leave but it sure is hard leaving him while he is screaming and has his hands out for me to come back. I have been told this is just a stage and for me not to worry that he is just fine.

We are always looking for an excuse at work to bring food to snack on during the day. So what better day than today.... St. Patrick's Day. We were told to bring something green so I brought Guacamole Dip. It was a huge hit. It doesn't look to pretty in the bowl but it sure was yummy!

Dennis is at home with Brandon today and one of his friends got to come play with him. They were going to the ball field to play around. Dennis wanted to work with Brandon some for baseball. There just isn't enough time the few days we get him so today was perfect. Brandon loves his Daddy and it is so cute that he wants to be just like him. One day Dennis, Brandon and Coleson will have the best time together doing big boy things. I hope they remain close as daddy time is very important.

Happy Hump Day!

7 Things

Katie tagged me to participate in the 7 Things List. I am supposed to list 7 facts about myself and then tag seven other people to do the same. So here goes....

1. I am OCD about cleaning. I don’t go to bed at night until everything is picked up and it is a must that I do the works on the weekend. I will say that I’m not as bad now that I am a mother.

2. I always try to put other people before myself. I do like putting myself first at times but it makes me feel good to put others before me. Dennis is the same way. Just another reason why I love him.

3. I love to shop and have recently become obsessed with shoes for Coleson. There are so many cute ones that I have to MAKE myself not buy them all.

4. My favorite food is Mexican and I could literally eat it 5 times a week. Dennis and I eat it once a week and have a little date night. We look forward to it every week.

5. I am a die hard bulldog fan and love the fact that I have converted my family to love them just as much as I do. I love to see Dennis or one of my children sporting State gear. We can’t wait for football season. Go Dawgs!

6. I always have a project going whether it is sewing, decorating or even cleaning cabinets out. I don’t sit still and will go until I can’t go any longer.

7. I love to spend a Sunday afternoon riding around looking at houses with a fun Sonic drink. It is relaxing to me and great quality time with the hubby!

Now the 7 people I tag are:

Bethany, Caroline, Amanda, Nichole, Rebecca, Valerie, & Emily Anne

Sleepy Baby

The other day at Abbey's softball practice I was pushing Coleson back and forth in his wagon and he fell asleep sitting up. He had not had a nap that afternoon so he was super tired. He has never been much into taking naps. He was craking some people up! I am so glad that it is getting warmer outside. I have some super cute outfits made for Coleson that I can't wait for him to wear. I hope to have pictures up soon.

Big Mess!

Yesterday the daycare called and said that Coleson was running fever so I left work right after lunch to get him. He tends to run a fever when he is teething. We have a cabinet that is perfect for his reach that I have cleaned out and I let him play in. This entertains him while we are cooking or cleaning up the kitchen. Well I apparently put his box of Cheerio’s down there and he decided to pour half the box on the floor. So I let him and Rascal clean up the mess themselves. Coleson thought it was so funny and was cracking himself up.

Coleson stayed home with his Daddy today and they had some boy time. I am so thankful that Dennis is able to help me out when he is sick.

The Invisible Woman

Dennis showed me this video the other night and I really enjoyed watching it. I have been having a really hard time understanding the WHY in a lot of things lately. This video really sums it up. Thank you Dennis for sharing this with me. It is a wonderful video.

Happy Birthday Abbey!

Happy Birthday to you.
Happy Birthday to you.
Happy Birthday, Dear Abbey.
Happy Birthday to you!
We love you and hope that you have a wonderful day!

Baby's 1st Haircut

Coleson got his first haircut on Saturday. He did a lot better than what I had expected. I had to stand up and hold him and my mom and Abbey had to entertain him but overall he did great. He looks like such a big boy now.

Weekend Full of Fun!

We had a fun, busy weekend. Saturday Abbey had softball and Brandon had baseball practice. It was such a beautiful day and really nice to get some warm fresh air. Coleson enjoys the ballfields already. At times, I wish things were different for me there, but it is what it is. Anywho - Abbey and I enjoyed lunch with my mom and we came home to rest before a wedding in Byram. One of Dennis's friends got married so we enjoyed spending time with some old friends of his. Sunday we went to church and then to Ma's house to eat. She had a little party for Abbey.

The kids enjoyed spending time with each other

and being goofy for the camera.

Sorry for all the pictures but I can't control my self sometimes.

I wish I could capture every moment of their lives because it goes by so fast.

The family singing "Happy Birthday" to Abbey.

Brandon and Anneliese waiting on the cake to be cut.

Brandon is so sweet to his little brother. He loves to hold his hand and walk beside him.

The BIG girl getting ready to open gifts.

It is so hard to believe that this is the 5th birthday I have gotten to celebrate with Abbey.

Coleson is trying to take Abbey's bath confetti from her. Sorry Abbey! This is the first of many things he will try to take from you. We are so proud of the patience that she has with her little brothers.

Now he has spotted something Brandon has.
After Ma's, it was off to Abbey's select softball practice and then to another birthday party.

Abbey and Brandon had a great time jumping on the trampoline

and Coleson enjoyed swinging with his daddy

and having all the girls pull him in his wagon.

He was so nasty by the time we left the party. We went straight home and got in the bath tub.

We hope everyone had a wonderful weekend and got to enjoy the nice spring like weather. My friend Nichole is having her baby Tuesday and I can't wait to meet her. It has been fun watching her grow for the last nine months but I can't wait any longer. Coleson is ready for a new friend at daycare.
